Anthony and Amy
If there is anything that we’ve learned in the past, is that… Love is worth the wait. And the love story of Anthony and Amy conveys just that. Proverbs 18:22, it says when a man finds a wife, he finds a good thing.
Marriage is a joyous occasion. It is connected to our thoughts with the charm of love, the warmth of home and with all that is pleasant. It is one of the most important events of our lives. It’s sacredness and unity is the most significant and binding covenant known to all human relations.
Amy, I just want to start off by saying, I love you today, December 3rd, I fully give you myself a marriage.
Anthony, after all these years, we’re finally here today. You have taught me that great things are worth waiting twelve years for.
In this next chapter of her life, I promise to support you and all that you do, to be there by your side for your highest highs and your lowest lows. To guide you when you need direction to challenge you to be a better person and to allow you to do the same for me.
I vow to always be faithful to you, to always love you in good times and bad times. I vow to be loyal to you and hold you in the highest regard.
I promise to keep dreaming every day with you and to always be down to drive thru our dream neighborhoods and decide on the exact model home that we would choose on Sunday afternoons after church.
I will be honest, I would be patient and I would be forgiving in anything that we do together. I love you.
I vowed to love you today and every day. I believe in you and I believe in us. And I’m so excited to be your wife.
Proverbs 18:22, it says when a man finds a wife, he finds a good thing I. And I will say, Amy, you are that good thing.
You two are a great team with many successful, loving years ahead of you and all of this in this room. Cannot wait to see what the future holds for you, Mr. and Mrs. West. Cheers.
