Lindsay is someone for me, who is like an additive sign in my life. Everyday of my life she always add something positive in my life. She has never been a negative thing in my life. And I really thank you for being my additive.

About the couple:

They met eight years ago in Madrid. Lindsay was studying there the fall semester of her junior year and Luis had already been living there with his family for three years after moving from Venezuela. During a night out, Lindsay was waiting for a friend by the coat check, and Luis came over to talk to her. They ended up talking the whole night. After that, They met up once more before Lindsay moved back to the U.S. Three years later, Lindsay moved back to Madrid for work, and Luis reached out to get back in touch. They ended up spending almost every Sunday together, and one thing turned into another. April of 2018, Luis planned an incredible surprise trip. Lindsay thought she was meeting a friend in Paris (this friend was in on the surprise and told Lindsay she’d be in Paris for work and that the hotel and food would be covered, and that Lindsay just had to buy her flight). When Lindsay got to the hotel room, Luis was the one who opened the door, and he proposed right there and then in the hotel room.
